WiSE Training Limited helps individuals and organisations manage conflict at work. Our aim is to create positive attitudes to work place conflict, to accept that it exists, to minimise staff stress and injuries and to avoid potential litigation.

The company was established in 1999. The business is based on offering a 'duty of care' (non custodial) approach. It is centred around building a thorough understanding of the problems clients face and their need to comply with the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Regulations.

In their working lives, our trainers have experienced verbal abuse, threatening behaviour and physical attack. Our course director, Walter Brennan, has appeared as an expert witness in over 60 cases. Based on his experience, many violence at work strategies would not stand scrutiny in court. Other WiSE programmes are supervised by a Curriculum Panel

As a testimony to our work, much of our business is repeat purchase. We also undertake research around 3 months after training to check it is working.
